Christina Connors Grace, MSN, FNP-C

Christina Grace is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner who is passionate about helping patients achieve vibrant, lasting health through a holistic and integrative approach to medicine. Her philosophy centers on prevention, identifying root causes of illness, and empowering patients with the tools and knowledge to optimize their well-being. Rather than simply treating disease, Christina strives to partner with her patients to restore balance, prevent illness, and help them live life to their fullest potential.

Christina provides personalized care for men, women, and children, with particular clinical interests in fertility, women’s health, hormone optimization, metabolic health, and perinatal support. She is especially passionate about supporting patients through important life stage, from optimizing health before conception to navigating hormonal changes throughout adulthood.

An Atlanta native, Christina earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Georgia College before beginning her career in Labor and Delivery at Northside Hospital. During her five years there, she witnessed firsthand how lifestyle, preventive care, and hormonal health significantly influenced the well-being of mothers and families. This experience inspired her to expand her impact by pursuing a Master of Science in Nursing from Mercer University, where she graduated summa cum laude and became a certified Family Nurse Practitioner.

Christina has continued to advance her training in functional and longevity medicine through the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M), where she completed the prestigious Fellowship in Anti-Aging, Metabolic and Functional Medicine. She also holds advanced certifications through A4M in Advanced Endocrinology, Peptide Therapy, Fertility Medicine, and Advanced Metabolic and Cardiovascular Health.

She maintains her Family Nurse Practitioner certification and is committed to lifelong learning and bringing the most current, evidence-based therapies to her patients.

Outside of the clinic, Christina enjoys spending time with her two children, Liam and Stella. In her free time, you can often find her hiking, traveling, or exploring Atlanta’s newest restaurants.
