Your provider is happy to review outside labs you bring with you for an additional fee. This excludes annual conventional labs, but applies to long history & any complicated labs. Because this will increase the time developing your personalized treatment plan, there is an additional fee that is contingent on the level of provider you are seeing.

Due to the extensive nature of the functional and holistic healthcare we provide, and our focus on the root causes of your symptoms, our in-office visits are longer than traditional appointments you may have experienced. Our appointments allow for ample time with the provider. We understand your time is valuable and work hard to efficiently address your healthcare needs.

Yes, we are glad to serve as your primary health care providers. We have a team of family medicine and pediatric-certified physicians and nurse practitioners who see patients for sick visits, child well checks, and annual physical exams. We also offer an after-hours call line for our pediatric patients.

hol+ requires 72 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule all new patient appointments, including holistic deep dives, wellness visits, and virtual visits, and 48 hours’ notice for all other appointments, including spa services, IV therapy, and follow-up visits for established patients.

Notice is counted in business hours before your scheduled appointment time. Cancellations or reschedules made inside these windows, as well as no-shows, are charged a fee equal to the full price of the appointment.

Yes. hol+ charges a late cancellation and no-show fee equal to the full price of the scheduled appointment. This applies when a new patient appointment is canceled or rescheduled with less than 72 business hours’ notice, or when any other appointment (spa, IV, or established-patient follow-up) is canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 business hours’ notice.

You can cancel or reschedule a hol+ appointment three ways: by calling 1-888-383-8696, through the patient portal, or by emailing appointments@holplus.co. To avoid a fee, give at least 72 business hours’ notice for new patient appointments and 48 business hours’ notice for all other appointments.
