Our Story

What happens when a clinically trained Western doctor decides to research and understand the full scope of worldwide healing modalities?

After facing a slew of health challenges in her twenties, Dr. Taz Bhatia, M.D. turned to the healthcare system for help. Forced into endless testing and dismissive doctors who rendered her symptoms as simply, “unexplainable”, she began looking for answers through holistic care, including nutrition, homeopathy, and Eastern medical practices.

She discovered these approaches held a wealth of knowledge that had not been taught in her Western medical education.

These systems of medicine, include
Chinese Medicine, Acupuncture, Ayurveda, and Integrative Medicine, ultimately led
to her healing over 25 years ago.

Committed to sharing these powerful approaches, Dr. Taz MD opened her first holistic and integrative family medical practice (CentreSpring), in 2009.

Since then, she has grown that clinic from a solo-provider practice,
to a national network of family health clinics,
a collection of restorative health products.
