Ron Bair

Ron Blair is a licensed esthetician and lifelong skincare enthusiast. Inspired at a young age by his family’s commitment to wellness and self-care, he developed a passion for skin health early on.

In 2022, Ron attended Paul Mitchell, initially with the goal of building product and ingredient knowledge for his own skincare line. Along the way, he discovered his true calling, hands-on facial treatments, building client relationships, and customizing care to meet each person’s unique needs. Graduating with honors, he launched Ron Blair Esthetics to educate both men and women on the importance of healthy skin and how to achieve lasting results. Ron specializes in corrective treatments for acne, hyperpigmentation, and anti-aging, and is known for creating the sought-after “Glass Skin” glow.
