Felicia Holden

Felicia offers Certified Reflexology, EFT tapping, Reiki energy sessions, and sound therapy, with a focus on helping clients regulate their nervous system and to reduce stress and anxiety. Using therapeutic touch and somatic-based techniques, she supports emotional balance, nervous system regulation, and the body’s innate ability to heal and restore itself. She works with both adults and children, creating personalized sessions in a calm, compassionate, and supportive environment.

During a session with Felicia, she will use light touch to help with relaxation and to promote healing. With compassion and intuition, she will focus on the areas in need of support and guide you along your journey to self-healing.
